In 60-90 minutes, we’ll cover the goals and criteria of your home search in detail and layout our strategy for helping you acquire your ideal property on the best possible terms and conditions. We will also provide you with local market stats that are pertinent to your search, discuss the pre-approval process, and cover any legal paperwork.
3. The Grand Tour
We start by carefully exploring your top areas of interest to help narrow your search. Once we’ve identified your desired neighborhoods, we set you up with automated alerts, so that you are constantly in the know when new properties that fit your criteria hit the market.
When it’s time to pull the trigger, we help you craft a strong offer and work diligently on your behalf to secure your new home with the best possible terms.
